I had such a good evening at the Acorn theatre I. Worksop watching soul battalion live. The brass instrument players were exceptional, I especially enjoyed the way the lovely young lady swapped between playing the trumpet and singing along with such a happy smile on her face. I’m going to sleep with memories of dancing to Motown music in my teens playing in my mind. I danced along in my wheelchair so much I’m going to ache for days, but it was worth it. I’ll be looking out for their next visit to my neighbourhood. Thank you soul battalion.
Booked Soul Battalion for our wedding anniversary celebration. They were absolutely brilliant, got everyone up dancing and made our evening so special. Huge thank you. Book this band, you won’t regret it!

We booked soul battalion to play at our wedding at the Pheasantry brewery and could not have been more pleased with their performance, talent and dedication to help make our day/night as fantastic as it could be!
They arranged a new song for us to perform our first dance to and performed it brilliantly, then proceeded to blow us away with their set list. Our whole party was up on the dance floor for the entire night, dancing away to the best of soul and Motown!
James was great on the coms too and ensured the band was sounding great in the day!
Highly highly recommended. You will not be disappointed if you book them!

This band is just the best! What a fantastic evening at the Guildhall in Grantham. So talented and professional. It was a great show. Enjoyed every minute. Come back to Grantham soon! Can’t wait to see you lovely people again!
